The lady who helped us was incredibly helpful and really lovely and understanding in choosing the right bed for us

It was easy to find what I wanted and I was not hassled in any way by the shop assistant like in some stores. His product knowledge was excellent and he was very helpful. It was quick and easy to place an order and quick delivery time even with bed assembly.

The lady who helped me Hannah was very friendly and informative. She ensured I tried out the sleep machine to find the best mattress for me. She then led me around to all the am tresses best suited for me and my needs and then gave me time alone to retry each bed to make sure I was making the correct choice. This was really appreciated as I was spending alot of money and I wanted to make sure I was buying the correct mattress.

We used your in store bed analysis and was impressed with the help off that and the staff were very well informed and very pleasant

Racheal took time to find out what I needed and offered me use of the sleep match technology which helped me understand what mattresses to look at. She gave me an appropriate range of products with the right kind of information and was happy to give me lots of time to think about it. The prices were very fair and I liked the range of products.

We were assisted by a member of staff called Megan. She was on hand but not intrusive. She advised on the type of mattress using the special machine which was impressive. Her product knowledge was excellent which meant we didn't spend unnecessary time looking at beds or mattresses which weren't suitable. This is the second bed we have bought from here.
