Fantastic customer service and very friendly staff, we were also offered tea and coffee service!! Megan was very informative of the product we were wanting to purchase and the paperwork for this was carried out with ease. Great quality products with affordable prices, would highly recommend and will definitely be visiting again.

Hannah the Dreams assistant was very helpful and patient. She didn’t obviously try and sway us either way which I appreciate because a push you salesperson really puts me off. The store had a great selection and she new about their stock.

Rachael was very attentive and helpful. We tried quite a few beds and we're perhaps initially a bit vague as to what it was that we wanted but she was very patient in understanding and helping us find the right bed for us

Visited Abingdon store a while ago and served by Megan. She was brilliant. Knowledgeable, friendly and LISTENED to what we wanted. Knew all her stock in detail and even though we looked at other stores and, dare I say it, Bensons, I ended up ordering over the phone via the Abingdon store because she was so good. We have no experience as yet of the quality of the bed - it will be delivered in September, but given all the discussions we are confident that this part will run smoothly, too.
