Alex who served me was great. The system while paying was slow, everything else was a good experience.

Hannah was lovely. Very very helpful. Made a lovely coffee. Didnt feel rushed at all. She knew the products very well.

Alex took the time to find out what I want etc and then spent time finding the right bed for me. He was patient and polite and explained everything easily

we appreciated the advice and service which was given without any hard sell

Lovely,kind staff member who helped me choose base and mattress. I did have to wait to put my order through but that was only because the staff member was on her own and having to help 2 other customers at the same time. While I waited i was offered a drink which was lovely. More staff were needed but cannot fault the service that was provided by the young girl.
