Dreams - Abingdon

I came into store on my own a couple days before purchase and was greeted by Megan. I told her what I was looking for and she showed me all the different options. I told Megan that I would not be purchasing today as I wanted to bring my wife in before I made the decision. I did not feel pressured to buy at any point and even got printed information for me to take home to show my wife. We came back in at the weekend and was greeted by Megan again and she even remembered what I was looking at and showed my wife. We made a decision and decided to make the order. We were recommended by a friend to come in to dreams and I'm very glad we did!

Found a suitable bed frame, tried the automated mattress suitability system and staff showed us the kinda of mattresses we might like. Staff were friendly and helpful throughout

Knowledgeable staff, plus very useful machine that indicated I needed an even firmer mattress than I thought! All carried out in a friendly yet professional manner.

Hannah was very helpful and informative giving wide range of options to consider.

Quick service not pushy knowledge of products

Rachel at Abingdon could not have been more helpful from her politeness attention to detail explanations of the scanning process and taking all the time we needed to try out different beds, softness, pillow, mattress protector, colour choice and pillow choice she was so helpful. She also ws very efficient at explaining the billing and organising delivery to suit us whilst we had a cup o0f coffee. All in all a very pleasant experience from someone that obviously is right on top of her job.

The assistance from Rachel was prompt and friendly. Placing of the order was quick and efficient. We woukd have liked a shorter delivery time.

I made my first visit two days before returning to store, l was given detailed information on products by Megan which encouraged me to return to purchase products with my wife, we were greeted by Hannah, who arranged for us to lie on the sleepmatch machine, we then tried several mattresses that the machine had suggested, Hannah was available to ensure we were happy to choose the correct product. In all a it was a enjoyable and productive visit, and we received a delivery date which was within ten days.
