Becky was really welcoming and friendly as soon as I walked in to the store. She wasn't over bearing like so many sales people, and she showed a genuine interest in helping me out. I haven't purchased a bed in 13 years, but Becky immediately helped me to narrow down choices of what would be good options for me. She was very patient whilst I tried a number of different mattresses and suggested different options without over complicating things and making it confusing. Would highly recommend!

Becky committed her time and experience to us despite the fact I took my 8 year old with me. Nothing was to much trouble.

Because the staff were very helpful and used modern technology to suggest which mattress would be best suited to my needs all of this plus making me a very nice cup of tea without being in the least bit pushy
