Used the smart bed which produced a list of suitable beds at different prices. Never pressured to buy. All offers and warranties well explained.

We were able to use sleep match, and we found the right bed in a short amount of time, with a short delivery time.

I had just lost my husband and found the assistant John very knowledgeable on all the products he showed me. He was very considerate to my needs. I needed the new bed as my husband passed away in our old bed and didn't want the memory of his passing there.

Myself and my partner were in need of a bed and your colleague Charli, she was very friendly and helpful, set up that sleep expert bed to find our perfect fit for the bed within our price range. Highly satisfied with the service, will recommend to all of my friends and family.

I went to the Abingdon store on 01.03.2022, had a sort of idea what I was looking for, but not 100%. Within 5 seconds of being in the store I was greeted by John and I'm glad I was!!! He went through everything with me, from using the sleep match machine, finding me the perfect mattress and then the base and headboard to go with it. He went through all finance options to suit me and while we were waiting for that I got a lovely cuppa. Everything was explained to me and John had extensive knowledge of the products he was selling and knew exactly how to treat a customer. Because of John, on 31st March I will #sleeplikelog. More like him please

We were greeted by a friendly team member soon as we entered the store and were told by this machine that will tell us what are we looking for, the team member listened to us with patience and we were able to find a product that we liked.

Costumer adviser was very well knowledged knowing a lot about the products Helpful friendly
