The Sales assistant, Hannah, was very helpful and knowledgable about the products, she showed me lots of mattress types and with her help I chose the best mattress for me.

I've all ways got my beds from dreams for the last 40 years, first one was when I got married in 1977 and have got many beds since from you .so it speakers for its self that its a good company you only get what you pay for can get one cheaper but don't last as long.

Greeted as I walked in and asked if I needed help. All the sleeper couches were shown to me and opened and I was given space to then try them out for myself. The shop assistant helped me measure the couches and was very helpful in her advice. The order and process was quick and easy

Becky was great, very helpful and knowledgeable, she went beyond and above to help us.

As soon as I entered the store I was met by Becky, she asked if she could help, I explained what I wa ted and the budget I had available, the bed was for my son, Becky explained to my son the procedure for making sure he would be sleeping on the correct mattress, placed him on the bed to measure him up and I was offered and accepted a cup of coffee. Becky was very friendly, knowledgable and we had quite a laugh, she is a credit to Dreams

I visited the Abingdon store with my husband looking for a new mattress. We were approached by Becky who we found to be very friendly and informative without being pushy. She immediately offered us a drink and we were given the sleep match test. She was very patient with us and was able to answer all our questions, hence we were able to purchase the most suitable mattress for our needs. A very nice experience.

We were treated with courtesy and patience and carefully questioned as to our needs. We also used the Sleepmatch machine!

Becky very quickly identified the right mattress for us, allowing us to make an efficient and well informed choice. Very pleased with our purchase.
