The service provided was polite and friendly, without being over-bearing. John took real care of us in an un-pressurised way which made us feel that he was genuinely interested in helping us (and not just securing a sale). Store was clean and tidy, all needed products were available for us to try and experience. Altogether a brilliant experience which ultimately ensured we made the purchase with yourselves. John was very friendly and provided us with a warm welcome, he was not at all pushy. He showed us the sleep match machine and instructed us to try it. Once finished we were shown the mattresses that matched our results. John provided a knowledgeable guide and left us to have a browse before we made our decision. Once we decided on a Tempur mattress, John invited us to his desk where he placed the order and took our details. The whole process of purchasing was easy, we also purchased a Tempur pillow and qualified for a free one. That was a lovely gesture and very welcomed. We left the store confident in our purchase and looking forward to our new mattress arriving.
