Friendly assistant. Non pushy, which is unusual. I was expecting to have others things or a higher priced mattress pushed on me.

The service provided was polite and friendly, without being over-bearing. John took real care of us in an un-pressurised way which made us feel that he was genuinely interested in helping us (and not just securing a sale). Store was clean and tidy, all needed products were available for us to try and experience. Altogether a brilliant experience which ultimately ensured we made the purchase with yourselves.
