When I walked in I was greeted by Rachael. I told her what I was looking for, she took me straight to the 4’6” mattresses. I chose the one I wanted. Rachael was extremely friendly and chatty She explained the delivery procedure to me, took my order and the whole thing took around 15 minutes. Not stressful, definitely not pushy.....

Becky was very welcoming in the Abingdon store. She listened to my son and found a variety of beds to choose from. She took into account how much I was wanting to spend. She was also very much of safety in terms of Covid and was careful and repsectful.
