Prompt but not over the top sale pitch showed us what we asked for and gave advise on what he thought would meet our needs returned to shop next day after giving purchase some thought and looking at what else was available Johns manner was very easy to get on with (not in any way your pushy sales person who I have the tendency of just walking out of the shop)

Becky was the person to look after us. She was very helpful and answered all of our questions. She did not rush us, was friendly and highly knowledgeable The lay out of the shop was of a high standard. We would definitely recommend Dreams to friends and family.

When I walked in I was greeted by Rachael. I told her what I was looking for, she took me straight to the 4’6” mattresses. I chose the one I wanted. Rachael was extremely friendly and chatty She explained the delivery procedure to me, took my order and the whole thing took around 15 minutes. Not stressful, definitely not pushy.....
