Very good advice

I went to Dreams to buy a bed for my brother who has learning disabilities. It’s important he feels he’s in control and able to make his own decisions in a friendly and supportive environment. This is exactly what your colleague John in the Abingdon store achieved. He spoke direct to my brother, not through me, which can often be the case, and helped steer him through the process and empower him to make his choices. The visit to Dreams was a thoroughly enjoyable process! Thank you.

The staff were very friendly and helpful. They were happy for us to bring our dog into the store, and even looked after her while we had our sleep assessment. They could not have been more accommodating, understanding and answering all our concerns and questions.

Hannah was very polite and professional ..she listened to what I wanted and came up with options for me to try.. although I am old and she is middle aged she showed me patience which was very nice

John was brilliant! So kind, helpful, thoughtful, funny - made my day!

I have two children, one is severely autistic, the staff could not have been more helpful and all of them (5 staff) made it the most pleasant experience in a shop we have ever had! I was a little emotional at how lovely they were, I had a lovely coffee and the kids were happy and I was able to place my order feeling very happy that I had got a good value product and most importantly my children were happy and safe!
