Very helpful & friendly staff, really pleased and had fun with the bed simulator, covid regs were fantastic and the ladie helping us was very well spoken and made it very hassle free. Over all a good experiance. My only complaint is waiting 4 weeks i would have expected a bed frame and matress to be instock for derlivery within a week being a new build no bed will have to sleep in the floor
