Friendly smiling welcome as soon as we entered store. Mattress suitability machine, which confirmed what type of product I was seeking. Very helpful and knowledgeable member of staff, who didn’t make me feel rushed or confused. Given several options to choose from. An enjoyable shopping experience.

On arrival at the store there was hand sanitizer available straight away. A member of staff met us upon entering and asked if there was anything she could do to help and offered a bottle of water. We were shown the sleep test bee and then using disposable paper sheets we were able to try out the beds advised and found our perfect mattress even with our bad backs. A truly wonderful and calming experience.
