Dreams - Abingdon

I bought a bed which I hope will benefit me. I’ve struggled for sleep for years and this mattress I tried for once felt extremely comfortable and I’m hoping for a better nights sleep. It’s been hard finding the right mattress

The team were really friendly, helpful and knowledgable.

We went to the store with know knowledge on which mattress we we’re going to buy. But with the excellent help from the assistant we were quickly put on the right track. The assistant showed us machine that would help with what mattress we needed. Once the machine had finished the assistant showed us several beds that had been recommended and we very quickly chose which one we wanted. Our assistant was lovely she offered us a coffee we sat and sorted out payment and we received a lovely bonus a pack off pillows which I was not expecting overall I wouldn’t hesitate to go back in fact I’m thinking of taking my daughter who suffers with Epilepsy and Myosotis which is very difficult muscle pain to deal with I would love to be able to help to give her the right mattress.

John and the store manager treated us very well from the moment we walked in to the end . Both of them were very knowledgeable about all aspects of what we wanted . we would highly recommend Dreams in Abingdon . They treat you as a human being Many thanks

I purchased a mattress recently. During my visit the staff was very helpful and kind. The gentleman who helped us has clearly explained everything and showed us around but also gave us space to make our decision.

The moment we walked in we were greeted by Charlie which made us feel really at ease. As we didn't know what we were looking for Charlie suggested using the sleep match machine. This made the choosing of the mattresses so much easier. Charlie took the results and took time to show and explain the different type of mattresses that came up on the match sheet. We tried a couple and then found the perfect one. The process could not have been easier. Charlie then took time to explain additional add ons which will benefit us and the protection of our new mattress. We opted in for majority as Charlie made sure what was offered was relevant to our expectation. We were also offered a drink which was really nice as my partner is heavily pregnant and can get uncomfortable very quickly. What I found the most helpful was that Charlie offered my partner to sit on a mattresses during sales process as the chair was a little too uncomfortable for her. To conclude this. The experience was out of this world. Your advisor Charlie was really professional and informative. She made the whole experience really pleasant and educational. Once again thank you Charlie and the dreams team.

The team were absolutely fantastic. I needed to get 3 mattresses delivered to a different address to my own on a specific date. They went over and above to help. Would definitely go back to the store and recommend the store to others.
