Very helpful staff and very knowledgeable. Did not try and sell us something we did not want and not too pushy. In fact we visited other stores after Dreams but decided to return as the service and staff were far better. We were given good advice but staff not too intusive. A fine balance!

We were also offered cold drinks on arrival to counteract the additional heat caused by wearing face masks. Becky showed us a range of purchase options, including several choices that met our budget constraints. My son was the main customer and she was responsive to his questions and guided him careful and clearly around the covid-19 safety protocols for trying out a range of mattresses.
