Becky was very friendly as soon as we walked through the door. She took us through the safety procedures and the sleep match process - she explained exactly what the test was looking for. Afterwards she took us around the store and recommended a number of suitable mattresses. She even recommended different pillows based on feedback. She spent the time discussing with us so we knew we had selected the best option for us.
