Dreams - Abingdon

We weren’t sure what we were looking for when visiting but John in the Abingdon store was extremely helpful. He set us up with using the sleep analysis machine to help us find the right mattress for us.

The staff were friendly and helpful. John was super patient as we shopped with our 2 young and energetic children.m as was his female colleague, we didn’t catch her name.

Staff were polite and friendly Offered us drinks and were very helpful

Hannah, the person who served me was patient, kind, informative, knowledgeable, honest, pleasant company through the experience of choosing a bed.

I thought the overall service and experience was above what I was expecting. Can't think of anything which could be improved.

There was very little sales pressure, but the sales person was on hand and able to offer suggestions. Just enough contact to be left to make the decision ourselves.

My overall experience was brilliant. Charlie helped me brilliantly and answered any questions I had. She was very friendly and good with my child who has autism. I didn't feel rushed and time was taken to meet my needs. I also didn't feel pressured and came away with what I went in for. Customer service was great.

Because the assistant listened to my requirements and took time to find the correct item for me.
