The staff member was very friendly straight away but not pushy. He gave me information but also gave me space to try things out and look around. When he asked him about a particular bed I’d seen online he showed me it straight away.

Visited store about 7.00 told sales lady what I wanted showed me my options exp.ained everything very clearly. Would certainly return to my local Dreams store again. Thankyou

I was highly satisfied with our visit to the Dreams store in Abingdon. Sanitation area set up at front of store , team members kept there distance whilst serving us. Systems out in place for us to have the same service as before Covid but which was clean we felt safe, ie disposable covers for pillows and staff disinfecting beds after use . The lady who served us was very knowledgeable she was not pushy in any way and gave us time to decide and make our descion. She have us info that also helped with our final descion. Really pleased with the service and store .
