Dreams - Abingdon

I went to store not really knowing what I wanted but from the moment we arrived I was put at ease, and I know I made my right choices thanks to the helpful staff members.

Charlie was extremely helpful and friendly! She helped us from the get go and gave us amazing advice on the mattresses and pillows etc! She was amazing!

Staff were very friendly and helpful. Helped me make a decision based on my budget.

when entering the store at abingdon charlie was very welcoming and went through our needs and explained each stage as we went through the beds and mattress that was available for our needs after being measured for the right mattress for me and my wife she also made us a lovely cup of coffee or two whilst we made our minds up on which bed and mattress to have we also tried out two pillows as we went around the store and decided to buy them as well as they felt very comfortable, i've never spent so much on a pillow but it was worth it as they have cured both my wife and my neck pain. we would like to highly recommend charlie as her knowledge of the product was extremely excellent and nothing was too much trouble.

Charlie took fantastic care of me, showed excellent knowledge of products, super friendly and catered to my need such as budget and all my requirements.

We walked into another bedroom store and recieved no help. When we arrived at Dreams someone came to us straight away and we had purchased a bed and matress within 15 minutes - just what we wanted.

Although we spent more than we had planned to we felt that we chose wisely. We were guided by John through the sleep machine. He then pointed out the best mattresses to suit our needs. We didn’t feel under any pressure and were told to take our time. Thank you John for your patience

Staff were friendly, didn't feel hassled to purchase. Offered tea, coffee water several times. John who served us was very knowledgeable.
