The staff was very friendly and helpful. Took into account our budget.

Quick service, able to try out any mattress we wanted to, good selection, given a pillow to use with a sheet protector covid sage, sales person helpful and not pushy.

John was fantastic from the beginning. He wasn’t pushy, just keen to help. He invited us onto the sleep analysis machine and then led us through the suggestions and had us try them all and made the technology behind each bed easily understandable. We’re thrilled with our choice. We had only come in to browse and perhaps try a couple, but John was so helpful that we felt more than comfortable buying then and there. His female colleague was also great and gave us some advice. The atmosphere in the store was lovely and the staff a real credit.

Our sales assistant John was excellent, he showed us a few mattresses and then left us to have a look around checking how we were getting on periodically. He offered us water and a coffee which we thought was a really lovely touch and added to the excellent customer service we received whilst in store.

On arrival at the store we were greeted by John who asked us to sanitise our hands are asked what we were looking for. We new exactly what we’re looking for and we’re duly shown the mattress and tried out.

Racheal was absolutely amazing, I tried the Sleepmatch machine and I have picked the mattress that was recommended for me. I can't wait for my new bed as my old mattress collapsed, I have been sleeping in a dip for months and I'm exhausted! I will definitely be recommending family and friends to visit Abingdon branch and buy from Dreams in future. Thank you! :-)
