Only got a pillow but staff helpful and got us to lay down to try it

The overall experience was extremely good. Definitely above average, and met expectations.

We went in to place an order for a predict we were previously recommended and ended up having to purchase a more expensive stock replacement as the previous mattress had been discontinued. Customer service was good!

Buying the mattress was the easy part. There were instructions about the delivery rules which was a worry to me as I am new to smart phones and I don't always get to my home phone in time. I wanted to keep the doctor's appointment time free the day of delivery, but there was no connection to the delivery men so I was anxious. I was worried about not being in because I couldn't speak to the delivery men. I cancelled the doctor's which was upsetting. Although I got the emails about the day of delivery, it was only the last minute that I knew what time they were coming. I found this situation worrying - the non communication between the shop and the delivery men. Since then the delivery has taken place and the men were very pleasant, did the job quickly and efficiently.

The (Gentleman) Manager ? That checked my cash payment, counted it after the assistant, did not have the courtesy, to even acknowledge ME, Not A Good Morning, How Are You, Thank You, Yes it is Correct, Not Even THANK YOU. TOTALY IGNORANT.

I was hoping to find a bit more variety in the Colors on offer in Sleepmotion 200i bed frame and headboard. However only 2 Colors were available and this was a bit disappointing.
