Very helpfull

Sam who served us was friendly but not over bearing. Offered tea/coffee which is not offered in other shops. We directed to 3 different matteress and we went with the Middle price. The value of bed frame was excellent. My daughter was very happy with the purchase!!

Steve was very helpful from the start, he helped us make our purchase with no pressure as the mattress we have purchased is very expensive so we needed reassurance that we made the right choice. We spent a lot of time trying different mattresses and pillows. We hope the purchase we have made follows the same service and friendlyness when the product is delivered. We have waited a long time to have a luxury mattress and can't wait to have it.

The service was excellent and the items were available for delivery within the week. I couldn't ask for more thank you.
