The assistants were knowledgeable and courteous. The product was competively priced. Delivery was prompt and the drivers were also pleasant and cheerful. We think the product will suit the purpose which is occasional use for guest bedroom. We have not tried out the bed yet but have guests at the weekend so will check their comfort then. Only thing not so keen on is the centre leg under the frame seems a bit naff and will make moving the bed if necessary awkward.

Helped choose between which mattress we needed, helped with the forces discount. Didn't Hassel us, gave us room to decided.
