Megan was absolutely amazing also being parents to two children who were with us, she was brilliant with them and really involved them in decision making. It was the most enjoyable shopping experience I have ever had.

Given assistance but was not pushy at all. Gave us space and time to decide and dealt with our order swiftly. Rachael was knowledgable about the products and also explained the process well.

My Partner and I would like to commend John on his absolutely fantastic customer service. He was approachable, relatable and knew exactly what we needed. Johns product knowledge was astounding and made us both super excited about mattresses! Haha. Thank you for the brilliant service. Will be recommending.

The member of staff from entering the store to the purchase of the item we bought was very highly knowledge was very high and in what we required and what mattress we required as was alway 2 meters away during our visit

The assistant was very helpful in identifying our requirements, and then gave us space and time to make our choice. After that, the delivery and payment details were efficiently settled.

We have previously bought a bed from Dreams and have been delighted with the bed. Friends and relatives have raved about the comfort!! We returned for a single bed and a double and we’re greeted by a lovely assistant who was so helpful and polite. She was very efficient and professional and found everything we needed.
