Immediate assistance on entering the store. requirements discussed with both salesperson and manager, both were very helpful.

I knew what I wanted, but not the finer details, ie. firmness of mattress, number and arrangement of under bed storage drawers, colour of bed base and headboard, etc. The salesperson (Jonathan) was very very helpful with all these options and fulfilled my requirements and questions completely.

Walked into the store in Abingdon and were immediately and enthusiastically greeted by Jonathan, who proceeded to ask us if we needed help and if we knew what we were looking for, we asked for a few minutes just to look around and he returned shortly giving us more information on what we were looking at, encouraging us to try the demonstration of the mattress we were looking at. After establishing prices on the mattresses he proceeded to help us with the base and the different types available to us and also the headboard and various extras we would need, and explained the value of the various price ranges on these, as well as payment options to us. Throughout the whole process he was very enthusiastic to help and understood when to give us a few minutes to talk without hovering (invaluable in sales!). Ultimately it led to a £2500 sale and two very happy customers. Would highly recommend to anyone looking at a bed. If this gets back to Jonathan well you deserve a pay rise and more importantly thank you! Matt and Rosie
