The sales team at the Abingdon Dreams store were excellent! On our first visit, we were shown around the showroom by Johnathan, who was patient and provided us with many choices , so we could decide. He made us feel comfortable enough to say, wel'll come back a week later once we made up our mind. On our second visit (today) , we even more impressed by Darren, who not only understood what we wanted (Bed and mattress) but showed us options for wardrobe etc( which I had not initially planned on buying at Dreams today). I was so impressed withhis relaxed attitude (not pushy, thank god!) and how he understood exactly what I was looking for, that I ended up buying my wardrobe , chest of drawers and side tables from Dreams!!!!! Sam, the other member of the team, was also cheerful and the camaraderie among the colleagues was obvious. Overall, a very good shopping experience and I would definitely want to buy with this team at Dreams if I need any other bedroom furniture

Excellent friendly service, very good knowledge and pleasant experience

Shopping at the Abingdon Dreams store was an excellent experience! My husband and I were so satisfied with everything- right from the sales person (notably Darren and Jonathan, on 2 seperate occasions) listening to what we wanted, to how we were directed to the right choice of products and how we were given the space to make up our own minds! We Infact bought more than we intended to at Dreams and we are thrilled with everything!

The dreams Colleague (Sam) was exceptionally helpful in helping pick out a mattress to go with the bed we liked and in giving us information about the products, delivery and warranty and was very understanding with our situation of not being sure of a move in date, it was a relief to know that we could buy the bed we liked and it be kept on hold until we knew a date it could be delivered, the whole process was smooth and easy and very stress free for us compared to other places we had been looking for beds. It is is also a relief to have an option to exchange the mattress if it doesn't work out as it is hard to tell after only lying of a mattress for 5 minutes whether it is comfortable to sleep on all night and other places I have been don't offer that, this makes buying a bed less stressful. It was an extremely easy stress free process and I would definitely by another bed from dreams

we were very impressed with the staff at the abingdon store they were very attentive answered all our questions and more explained about the bed and matress differences the guy that served us was called sam the manager of the store was extemely helpful too the staff at abingdon were excellent couldnt do enough for you. However i went into the dreams store on the seacourt retail park in botley i was in their for twenty minutes their was no other customers in the shop and i looked around at no point during that twenty minutes did any one come over to us and ask if we were ok, they didnt even seem to know that we were in their they were deep in conversation, i was so appalled at the lack of service i left the store and they didnt even say good bye not a very good image of dreams, i was told by a friend who had a similar experiance at this store not to bother going in to the botley store but thought that she was exagerating. i think your staff at botley store need some lessons in customer service from your abingdon staff. luckily i gave the abingdon store a try otherwise you would have lost out to minty beds.

Assistant was helpful but not over intrusive giving us time and space to make the decisions

Sam (at the Abingdon branch) was excellent - friendly and knowledgable whilst giving us space to try mattresses and discuss on our own. We went beyond 6pm closing time and were not rushed at all.
