Found a clearance bargain which just happened to match exactly what we were looking for.

Being an 82 year old OAP, the help and assistance I was given was over and above the norm in other shops.

I did not wait long before an assistant camew to help me. She was on training but was very efficient.

Had exactly what we were looking for at the right price. Assistant was very knowledgeable and helpful. Service was quick and without trying to sell us something we didn't want.

We were served by Sam who was very helpful and gave us all the information we required while choosing a mattress. It is good to know that the customer matters to Dreams.

The staff were chatty, friendly and seemed to know what they were talking about. The speed at which the order went through could be improved but I realise that we were also getting it on credit which needs agreements and legal mumbo jumbo to be gone through so overall it wasn't too much of a headache. One thing I did notice was that we tended to pick a mattress we liked that was in store there and then because it was about the price we were looking for and the one in store said firm so that'll do I guess. In short it might have been that I would have chosen a cheaper or more expensive mattress had it been a firm mattress on display meaning I don't feel like I got a good feel for the range of mattresses because they weren't like for like.

The service was great. We were not bombarded when we came in but greated and had a detailed explaination then gave us space and time to try the beds out. We were offered tea or coffee and made to feel at home
