Brilliant customer service in the Abingdon (Marchem) Store on Sunday afternoon. Knowledgeable and friendly advice from the lady who helped us (sorry her name escapes me) and a great proce for the product in the summer sale.

Sam the salesman was what your company needs in every store

I was able to receive my bed the next following day after purchasing it, the staff member was extremely helpful and even helped carry the items to my car.

Good selection of beds, very helpful staff member (Sam). Fortunately a very quiet evening so he was able to spend plenty of time with us to help us select the correct mattress.

Very friendly staff, more than happy to help with anything we needed, seemed genuinely interested in our needs and what we were looking for :)

The sales advisor, Sam, really helped us find what we were looking for. He talked us through all the different options and advised on where some great deals were as there was a sale. He then gave us time to look and test some mattresses. We felt he was very approachable and knowledgable. He helped us choose s headboard and showed this to us on the screen as the one we wanted wasn't on display. He alsoade sure we were aware of offers on duvets and pillows and we bought the pillows as this seemed a good option. We would definitely use Dreams in the future and will be recommending them to family and friends because the standard of service we received was so high.

Although it was near closing time, the sales assistant (Sam) spent the time with me to explain the different matresses and did not feel rushed. The product was reduced because it was ex display but that was perfect for me and my wife, as we got a comfortable matress at the rite size of our budget. Can not wait to sleep on it

Quick Easy and friendly staff member, his name was sam. Need a matress for my two boys bunk beds and found 2 rolled up ready to go nice and thin just what i needed. Process was quick and stress free. Thank you dreams abingdon
