From the moment we arrived on the first day we visited, we were made to feel welcome; that includes my three children! The quality of advice and shopping experience across the weekend was top notch and we felt the advisor was genuinely motivated to do a good job with us.

The woman who served us (her name was hermione in the abingdon branch) was really helpful and very knowledgable. She helped us find what we wanted and gave us time to think about it.

The staff member, Hermione was very friendly and gave us a good insight to the products although it was her first week there! If there was something Hermione wasn't sure about she referred to her manager. Great service!

We were directed to mattresses that would suit our needs, the sales assistant was very attentive and informative. We were given the option to try cheaper brands and did not feel pressurised into buying, we felt we were given a good deal on the products we chose.

I thought Tom (Abingdon store) was BRILLIANT - I spent several hours in the store trying out beds and he was patient and above all very knowledgeable about the various mattresses, a really good salesman.

The problem was a delivery based issue. I had hoped due to my working hours and the fsctbinown a courier company that I may be able to collect from My local store the same day it would be dropped off there. Alas after the store manager made a few calls to the high Wycombe warehouse it became obvious company policy wouldn't allow it. So I sent a vehicle to collect it. Not a big problem

The sales assistant Sam was positive, enthusiastic, knowledgable and patient with us whilst we made our choice. His product awareness was excellent and he was not pushy.

We received a warm and friendly welcome from the sales team, support and advice on the store layout and how best to identify the product that best suited our need/budget. The ordering process was fast and efficient and included a great 0% finance product. Arranging delivery was easy and the 40 day comfort promise provided an additional layer of peace-of-mind.
