No sales persons were pushy, but very patient whilst we tried out all variants appropriate to us. Gave us good pillows as we went from bed to bed...

We came to the shop with storage issues as well as needing a new bed, but was concerned about the support we would get with an ottoman bed. Tom explained how the bed was made and the reliability of the moving parts and we were reassured that it had more support than our old bed! Plus is solves our storage problems. Tom also went through our colour and bedhead options, then explained the difference between the mattresses on offer. He was very helpful and knowledgeable and friendly.

I had looked on line to see what was available, the assistant was very helpful, she showed me the bed I had thought was suitable for me, she also showed me a couple of others,pointed out the differences, and showed me the samples, so I could see the structure. I was served quickly, the assistant was extremely helpful. I was offered insurance, and was really pleased when I was given a free mattress cover. I have recommended you to a friend who is looking for a bed.

Ease of purchase and product knowledge enhanced by the sales staffs understanding of my product requirements. I will happily buy my king size mattress from this store in the near future.

I was approached by a member of staff asking if i was ok. I told him what i was after and needed it by the end if September. I was shown around the mattress i was after. Managed to find the perfect one. Went to arrange delivery only to find i couldn't get it till mid October. I am moving in to my new house the end of September and needed a bed by then. They managed to giggle some things around and i picked a different mattress which was practically the same as the one i wanted and my bed is coming next week! Just in time for the end of the month. Staff were lovely and very friendly and understood my needs and the fact i needed a bed by the end of the month. Thank you so much one very happy customer : )

Needed a mattress as already had a dreams bed.

Excellent customer service, they saw us looking in the store at 10.50 and opened the store for us, explained how the store worked (we had never been to dreams before) then left us alone to browse, we went in the Tempar booth which she set up for us, when we came out they had a cup of tea waiting for us! All through customer service was beyond excellent some of the best i have ever seen. Hermione is a true credit to Dreams she was so good, no pressure to see us the bed but helped us all along the process changing pillows so we would be comfy depending on how we slept. You should be very pleased with her
