We received friendly & professional service. We changed our minds about what we wanted several times, and Sam (who we were advised by) was really helpful as we assessed the alternatives.

Great customer service. Sam was very helpful in telling us which beds came in a 4ft double size. Very efficient.

The assistant was very helpful in explaining the different products and assisting us in choosing the right bed frame and mattress.

Sam was extremely helpful and listened carefully to our requirements. He gave us lots of time to talk and consider what we wanted without pushing us for a sale. Sam had an excellent understanding of the products and also managed to entertain our six year old son whilst we were deliberating.

As soon as I entered the store I was greeted by a pleasant salesman who obviously knew a great deal about the products being sold. He explained in detail the different types and sizes of bed, and then the choice of mattresses was explained in a similar fashion. The transaction was completed efficiently and again, everything was explained.

Sam at the Abingdon store was amazing, from when i walked in to when i left. Polite, helpful, kind and very knowledgable about your products

The customer service we received was excellent. We were made to feel very welcome and not crowded by the sales person. We were offered a cup of tea, had the layout of the shop explained, advised on pillows but not forced to buy anything. Overall it was a very pleasant shopping experience.

I was urgently in need of a bed requiring a 4foot bed for my apartment,however there was a waiting time for a 4foot so after a great deal of help end advice from your very agreeable staff they were able to provide a double bed and comfortable mattress within a few days.
