The staff member who helped us was polite, informed and efficient.

Hermione was friendly, approachable and helped me determine what bed was ideal for me. she took time to ensure that I choose the right bed and listened to what I wanted. I left feeling very happy with the service I had received and felt that Hermione had done a great job of helping me to decide on the right bed and accessories for me. I can't wait for it to arrive!

We found exactly what we wanted, the assistant Sam was great help giving us all the options and information we needed to make an informed choice on the right beds for us.

The staff were extremely helpful with all our requirements and most accommodating in trying to solve our particular difficulties. We were rather less impressed by the 4-5 week delivery time we were quoted particularly because we later found that John Lewis, who, admittedly, have a substantial contract with Spinks & Edgar who make the Flaxby beds, are seemingly able to deliver their mattresses and beds, at competative prices, within 7 days and in addition, their old mattress disposal are considerably cheaper than Dreams. That aside, Dreams are competent and reliable. We look forward to our new mattress.

Salesperson greeted me with a smile and dealt with me efficiently

Good selection of what we were looking for. The assistant, Hermione, was particularly helpful. She welcomed us to the store,asked what our requirements were and took us to the appropriate beds and mattresses.. She answered all our questions, both on the beds, delivery and disposal, etc. You offered to remove the old bed (at a price) and opportunity to change the mattress is helpful. When we returned to the store to order the bed is dealt with efficiently by the manager, Tom.
