Advice was offered, but in no way pushy. We were advised to spend as much time as we needed to test the beds, and given proper pillows to use. Offered tea/coffee.

Found a great shop assistant who found exactly what I needed in the short time I had . Helpful and efficient, will definitely come back.

Shortly after we walked in, a very friendly asistant, Hermione, approached with a lovely smile and asked if we were needing any help. We explained we were looking for a mattress and she noticed we had homed in on Flaxby products, which we said we had looked at on Dreams website, so knew something about them. She told us the colour code for pocket springs - Green - and explained about the make up of the mattresses - natural fibres. At this point she said she would leave us to browse and try the mattresses out - and offered us a very welcome cup of coffee while we did so! When she brought back the coffees she asked if we had any questions, which we did, regarding the pocket springs - asking her what the DNA ones were? She then produced a small sample of the small DNA springs encased in fabric, and explained that there was a layer of these, in addition to the normal pocket springs, and this made the mattress feel comfortable, while providing a very durable one. She brought us pocket spring pillows to try, too. She asked if we wanted mattress cover insurance, and when we heard it included a cotton protector we agreed. We then went with her to the till and placed the order!

Chris was very helpful and able to provide good product knowledge.

Hermione was courteous and knew her products. She appeared to be on her own in the store, which was not her fault, but she remained calm and provided a good service.

Hermione was very pleasant ,knowledgable,patient and had a sense of humour.
