Sam was very helpful today in Abingdon Store as he understood our needs and advised us about items we wanted to buy.

The member of staff who helped me was so helpful. He was so polite. This was quite a big purchase for me and he gave me very good advice and at no time did I feel rushed. After a particularly difficult year I left the store knowing I had made a good decision and was looking forward to my item being delivered and also free of charge. And 2 new pillows and a king size quilt FREE OF CHARGE. happy Christmas to me. Thank you Sam for all your help. Merry Christmas.

The assistant was very friendly, huge fun and knew her stuff.

Sam made us very welcome understanding the needs for my parents bed. Made sure my tiddlerr had a pink ballon and we were even offered tea and coffee!!! :) very friendly, Knowledgeable about all products. He really went the extra mile!

Sam and Tom were both extremely helpful, knowledgable and friendly.

The assistant was extremely helpful, was able to answer all my questions and was very attentive but not intrusive, I was very impressed.

Extremely friendly service and good customer service. Sam listened clearly to our needs and then provided us with exactly what we were looking for. He gave up a lot of his time and also gave us our privacy when we needed to discuss certain matters. Nothing was too much to ask for and he even placed the mattress on the floor so we could experience what it would feel like on a divan base. Refreshments were also offered and provided.

Thomas was polite and helpful with a lot of good advice
