Dreams - Abingdon

I was greeted by Sam as I entered the store. He smiled and asked if he could help me. He took time to go through mattress options with me and I didn't feel pressured to make a quick decision. I was just generally very happy and felt very comfortable discussing my needs with him.

We were served by Sam who was very knowledgeable and gave excellent customer service. He had a sense of humour and made our experience of buying a new bed and mattress (and headboard!!) totally easy. Highly impressed, thank you Sam!

We were very happy with the assistance we received in Dreams and found everything we wanted.

It was busy so we had a short wait for assistance but once received it was of the highest standard.

The whole experience was very satisfying and the sales assistant was not at all pushy and allowed us to browse around the store at our leisure but when we required assistace she was available to guide us on our purchase.

We went to the store to purchase a platform ottoman bed. we were quickly taken through the different options and made aware about the warranty as well as options to purchase enhanced cover. We were also pleased that the store honored the online discount we showed them which we would have availed of if not allowed in store. So over all a very good service. I have not yet rated the product as I have not had the opportunity to use the bed we purchased as it has not been delivered.

I visited the Abingdon store to look/acquire a new mattress the staff were very accommodating and very knowledgeable on there products, I was after a Silentnight mattress. Whilst in the vicinity I visited 4 other shops nearby without a suitable product except for one. I went back to Dreams to look again and was approached by the store manager ! I described what I wanted again and showed him a mattress I was interested in, he went into detail on what the product was and how in was manufactured. I said that was just what I wanted but on reflection the shop nearby had the same product £200 cheaper this he checked on his computer but that showed it wasn't so he went out of his way to send someone to take a photo of the product, on his return it showed the product was £200 cheaper than Dreams for the same product and that Dreams had a price match policy which I was not aware of, I bought your mattress with a £200 saving all because of the friendliness, business-like attitude and helpfulness of your staff at Dreams of Abingdon and to top it all of its is being delivered next Monday. VERY WELL DONE DREAMS
