Tom was extremely friendly yet not at all pushy. He quickly understood our needs initially by just passing comment on a head board we were looking at. He spent over 30 minutes with us, leaving us to ponder our discussions where appropriate. His manner and professional approach were excellent throughout, leaving us to go away with a clear plan on the options available to us. I returned to the store 2 days later to complete the purchase, again greeted by Tom who remembered me. Very friendly and thorough in everything he did or said. Thank you we would certainly return here again in the future.

Upon arrival we spent a few minutes looking around at different mattresses by ourselves, hoping to gain an understanding of which style we would like to purchase. We had no intention of walking out with a mattress that day. After spending 25 minutes with Hermione in the Abingdon store, she let us test several mattresses, took the time to understand what my partner and I specifically wanted, and made some very valid recommendations. We are your typical indecisive pair, but we did not feel under pressure to make a decision on a product from Hermione, which was very refreshing. Instead she made us a cup of tea, let us have plenty of space and time to think. Ultimately the quality and style of the mattress she picked out for us was perfect, so the decision was easy.

Sam was very polite, knowledgeable and helpful during our visit. Price of the products eventually bought were significantly less than comparable products at another store.
