When entering the store the sales assistants were smiling and very helpful. Nothing was too much trouble from start to finish. My daughter whose bed we were purchasing was made to feel very comfortable and regarded as an important individual. The walk around different beds, mattresses was very thorough and explained very well. The bed that we ended up getting was actually shown to us via the website in the shop. Very clever indeed. The shop felt very Covid friendly and social distance was still noticeable, which working in retail is a plus for me and my family. All round a very productive visit. No pressure to buy, a very welcoming atmosphere.

From the time I went into the store , I was met by Hannah, the assistant , who answered all my questions and was very efficient, for example, I didn’t have to request a pillow and protection when I went to try a mattress, she took the initiative. When I placed the order over the phone 2 days later it was equally dealt with professionally and efficiently.

Assistant was very helpful, was knowledgeable about the products and what to do when IT systems failed. Also presented a human aspect and attempted to relate to us as customers.
