Dreams - Abingdon

We spoke to Sam and Tom who really helped us choose the our bed. We entered the store on Saturday unsure of what we were looking for and Sam really took the time to explain the products and was able to answer all of our questions. We looked elsewhere and online but other stores didn't speak to us at all and if they did they weren't knowledgable. We returned on Sunday to make our purchase, knowing exactly what we wanted and then more info from Tom and Sam on warranty and guarentees saw us choosing a mattress double the price we had intended do! It's a lot better though and is most definitely the right choice for us. Both made themselves available to answer questions and to help without being pushy. Really great customer service - other places could learn a lot!

Very helpful staff especially Sam, he had brilliant product knowledge and nothing was to much.trouble. moved mattresses so as my mum could get the best one suitable for her. Really enjoyed our shopping experience . Was offered tea and coffee several times. A very friendly helpful shop A+

As we entered the store we were greeted by Hermon. We explained what we were looking for and she took us directly to a choice of those items. She was able to answer our questions competently. She was friendly but not pushy...we were able to make a considered judgement before purchase. She was ably supported by the whole team who were also very helpful.

I originally went in for advise on a pillow. Your colleague Sam was extremely helpful, I ended up having a cup of tea and I went for a tempur pillow, and left with information about a tempur mattress. Hopefully next time I come back to dreams I will walk out with a new mattress as well.

Hermione was excellent! From the beginning she was friendly and approachable and at all times professional, she was never she pushy but always willing to share knowledge and really knew her products. If I had a sales team she'd be the first person I'd employ her!

Fantastic customer service from Sam and Chris who really made it easy for me to complete my purchase even providing some added value by giving me 4 free pillows. Service with a smile which was great.

Our sales assistant Sam was very welcoming on arrival but gave us the space to wander round the whole store interrupted. When we walked through the door Sam approached us to offer advice with regards to the layout of the store and the different options available. After this brief introduction, my wife and I felt able to choose beds from the wide range available, based on their specific characteristics that Sam had described fully. While Sam was incredibly helpful we did not feel hassled at all. I was really pleased that staff adopted a more friendly, casual approach to service, while being available to answer any questions that we had.
