having previously shopped at DREAMS we had no hesitation in going back for a purchase a new mattress for our guest room top service and every thing went as planned phone call prior to delivery hopefully our guest will have a good nights sleep

Items presented orderly, although number of springs per mattress is now rather confusing and the depth of the mattress was not shown, Store staff friendly, but I wait to see how the delivery goes. Application and order process seemed OK, with no problems.

No pushy salesperson, but very quick to help when we asked. Good explanation of products.

I was approached by the store manager Thomas who helped me find the product which was best suited to my needs. He showed excellNt product knowledge and gave me time and space to consider my options.
