Our Assistant - whose name is Hermione - was extremely patient with us as we were buying the bed for a client. We made three visits due to lack of information we had of our client's bedroom etc. and she couldn't have been more helpful in guiding us through measurements and availability.

Your assistant was a very pleasant young man (we are 65 plus) with a thorough knowledge of the product he was selling. I had recently visited my sister & used a bed that was more comfortable than our 15 year old Tempur so decided to change. My wife & I both have back problems so needed some serious advice, which Sam provided. There was no hard sell, I was given time to contact my sis & find out what I was laying on, & tried to duplicate the item given it was not something you carry (to old I would guess although nothing was stated). We had a coffee before settling on a choice. The transaction was swift, fully explained & carried out during a sociable? joking period. I understand that the proof of the pudding will be in the sleeping (pun) but hopefully this purchase will prove as good as our last. I understand that you would like to sell a matteress to me more frequently but this will not be possible given our ages . A good experience.

I returned in several occasions to the store before buying. I took a while to decide whilst also asking for information from different people attending. I always felt I was getting an honest and sincere reply. They took the time to listen and understand my need and didn't feel I was being forced into a sale.. Very friendly and compromised team. When I later returned to finally purchase went to Sam who was who first attended me and guided me through the process

Chris was fantastic with providing excellent customer service. Very happy with my choice of bed and mattress. The store manager Tom was very friendly. I would definitely recommend your store to family and friends.

Everyone was very welcoming and smiling. The manager pointed out to me the mattresses I should try out after I had told him what type of mattress I was looking for and explained the differences between them. I was not rushed in any way whatsoever.

Good friendly service and we were given a cup of tea !!
