The male assistant was friendly but not overly friendly. I had popped in earlier during the day and he reconised me and thanked me for coming back. He was very helpful but allowed us to browse the products by ourselves.Even though it was 5.40pm and the shop closed at 6pm he still offered us a drink which was excellent customer service.the transaction went through quickly and accurately.All in all Polite efficient but not over the top service .

We were very impressed by the friendliness of all the staff and in particular, Sam, who ultimately dealt with our queries and purchases. The order was placed quickly and efficiently and delivery arrangements, etc. dealt with to our satisfaction. Overall a most satisfying experience.

Hermione greeted us when we set foot in the store and explained the different mattresses styles and beds to us. We left the store to shop elsewhere for a few hours and when we returned she remembered us and made our purchase extremely pleasant by answering all our questions promptly and explaining what our purchase would entail. She really put us at ease and made us feel like we were making the right choice.

I had come into the shop in an undecided state about my spare room after a recent downsizing. The young man let me wander for just long enough, then came to help, and gave sane and sensible advice without in any way pressuring me. Altogether a pleasant encounter.
