Dreams - Abingdon

Hermione and Sam were very helpful and very friendly Nothing to much trouble for them

We were immediately and politely greeted by an assistant and after explaining the requirements that we were seeking she showed us all those products within our price specifications and explained to us all the avaliable discounts and exactly what we were getting for our money. We certainly did not feel presurised into purchasing any particular product. We were also given discount for bulk purchase without having to ask for it. Assistant was courteous and hospitable at all times and even offered us a cup of coffee.

I have purchased items before at the dre store in Abingdon and have been helped by Sam the sales assistant who in my opinion excellent

Great support and advice from Chris. He didn't pressure us into going over budget just listened to our requirements and then showed us what was available and the discounts available should we order on the day. Great saving. Will be recommending to friends and family to consider Dreams before any other outlet. No offering delivery for sale furniture was a bit of a disappointment, but that would be being very critical. Chris is a young lad, who was very knowledgable on the products and remained very professional throughout, an asset I would say Dreams need to keep hold of, as his qualities are very rare these days.

The assistant Cass was very helpful and answered all the questions truthfully that I put to her.
