The salesman Christopher was very patient as we tried quite a few mattresses and his knowledge of the products was honest and informative, we especially liked the idea concerning the old mattress and the green disposal bag

We were very satisfied with Chris, the sales consultant at the Abingdon store. Very professional, friendly, customer-focused, knowledgeable and efficient. We also received deliery within 2 days!

On arrival at the store Chris greeted myself with a very friendly good morning how are you, not at all pushy like some sales assistants but waited for me to ask him what I was looking for. Listened to me intently and showed me over to the beds I was interested in, he showed me lots of different options looking into cheaper headboards for me as well. When I asked can they not come with built in ones he took me straight upstairs to the bed I fell in love with. He confidently took me through all the costing etc and delivery date, when my finance plan didn't go through he didn't make me feel timidat or stupid and we talked through other ways to pay. My son has autism too and he was so understanding and patient with both my children I was very impressed with they way he went about his job. My overall experience of coming to your store on Saturday was both pleasurable and I am so glad I went in rather than doing it over the internet. I would not hesitate to recommend Chris to anyone as he is an excellent sales assistant and your store is very lucky to have someone like him working for you. Please say thank you to him for me once again. Very impressed over all.

the girl was really helpful and friendly and found me what I was after. the complimentary items I received was a real bonus too - a really nice touch to receive something you didn't ask for/were not expecting- I have told lots of friends already!

Sam was very helpful, but not 'pushy' he let us take our time looking at all the mattresses. He was also very patient with us, even when we couldn't make up our mind.
