The lady that assisted me was very helpful, she had a great attitude and took time to show me a range of mattresses that suited my needs. She was very polite and patient while I was making decisions. Couldn’t of asked for more.

a really pleasant experience, the staff were very friendly and efficient ...I was offered the Sleepmatch and from then on I was shown all products available, John was very knowledgeable of all the mattresses and I look forward to the delivery .of my new mattress

The sales assistant spent time giving the correct information.the bed was for my son the sales assistant made sure he didn't feel uncomfortable in any way and didn't rush him making his mind up to what mattress was right for him as a individual.

OUR ASSISTANT MEGAN WAS VERY HELPFUL IN HELPING US SELECT ING THE RIGHT TYPE OF BED A 5FT BED THAT COULD BE DIVIDED IN TWO SINGLES WITH DIFFERENT FIRMNESS OF MATTRESSES AND THE PRICE THAT SUITED OUR POCKET, AND WE ALSO ENJOYED A COFFEE .

Very friendly staff, knowledgeable and we were able to choose the right bed within 10minutes that we were in there. We had two young children with us who were looked after by the staff and given a pillow to try the beds. We were greeted at the door, offfered drinks and the girls enjoyed having a go on the sleepmatch. Overall a great experience.

The assistant knew exactly what we wanted. Told him what price we wanted to pay and he put it all together for us! Excellent…

Came into store looking for a sofa bed. After having been to several other places including furniture village and DFS among others as well as the Internet, we walked in were greeted by John who was able to show us what was available, how easy it was to work aswell as the features, we found one we loved. We spoke about delivery times as this was a concern with an upcoming family visit and were advised it could be provided within 4 weeks which was amazing! At no point did we feel pressured on the sale, it just felt natural and as though he was there to help to the best of his ability. Whilst in store we also decided following the great service to get a couple of new pillows for ourselves and a duvet for the new sofa bed. John was able to get the whole sale sorted for us and was even kind enough to negotiate a deal with us. Will be recommending to friends and family and coming back when we are looking at furniture in the future!

I went into the store to see a bed I had viewed online. The staff were friendly but not overbearing and willing to help when I asked them to show me an ottoman bed. They then looked at colour options with me and had a look at lead times. I was not pressured to buy but offered a great price and reduced cover for me.

Staff were very helpful, gave me alot of options and advised me on which product was suitable.
