Dreams - Abingdon

The manager who served us was very knowledgeable of his stock and very helpful with trying to get us an additional piece of cloth to match the headboard which we had ordered. His manner was very professional and he had a nice personality which led us to place our order quite quickly.

We were assisted by Sam quite late in the work day. He was very friendly, professional and helpful. His product knowledge was very good. He made the whole experience very painless - we even got offered (and had) a lovely cup of coffee. Sam was very cheerful and not pushy in any way. We would definitely recommend the Abingdon store (and Sam) to our friends and colleagues. Sam didn't rush us and gave us time on our own to 'try' out the beds before making an informed selection. We were left alone to browse at our own leisure, Sam was on hand if we had any queries but he didn't badger us at all just answered our questions when needed.

Sam was highly knowledgeable on the products and different types of pillows and mattresses. He allowed us time to think and decide on our own without any pressure to purchase. Great and friendly staff at the store (both of them) and considerate or our needs.
