The sales assistant Sam was professional and friendly from the outset. He listened to our requirements and maintained focus on them offering us both advice and relevant direction. Allowing us the time without pressure to explore the beds and mattresses we wanted to look at whilst being available to answer any questions made the whole experience hassle free. This balance of availability and time enabled us to make the correct choice in our own way. The order processing and delivery was also hassle free. I was very impressed with the overall service and I thank Sam for the personal touch which made the experience pleasant.

We went into the store to buy a new mattress. Sam, the shop assistant that helped us was very friendly without being pushy from the start. He offered us coffee and cake and explained the colour code system of the beds which we found very intuitive and clear. He gave us space to try out the different mattresses and checked in on us a couple of times (again without being intrusive). He explained all of the options for delivery and cover and helped us select a couple of extra items (pillows) on which he was able to do us a deal. We were highly impressed with his service.

I was a bit desperate to get a new mattress as I am having back problems. The girl helping me was very sympathetic and considerate. It took very little time to sort out what i wanted and choose the right one.

The store staff member was highly helpful and provided exceptional service.

Sam, the sales person was most excellent in every way. It was the end of the store's day and his sole concern was to ensure we had every convenience and assistance and care whilst we waited for him to finish serve an earlier customer. His demeanour, knowledge and personal attention epitomises the very highest standard of salesmanship and he is to be highly commended for his skills and customer care. We had visited 2 previous stores, both of whom were offering slightly better prices but on the basis of Sam's service, we felt most comfortable buying a high priced bed from a trustworthy person.
