Luke who was a trainee was obviously interested in us as people and was keen to assist. We had many specific wuestions which were complex and rather try and guess the answer he sought advice from his supervisor. He thanked us when the order had been completed for giving him the opportunity to learn. A very pleasant young man.

The staff were cheerful, understanding and not at all pushy. Sam was able to offer new ideas and help us find the best pillows for us.

Sam at the Abingdon store was very helpful and courteous

The staff was helpful and knowledgeable and we felt listened too. We liked the colour-coding system which let you know which style mattress each display was. Also, the staff didn't mind the children trying the beds too!

We was very satisfied at dreams in abingdon when we bought our lovely mattress it is so comfortable its like sleeping on a cloud and as for the shop assistant sam he was so helpful and polite we was very happy indeed you have a good worker there very helpful and cheerful

Stclair was a lovely attentative person who even made a perfect cup of tea. He was covering the store by himself and it even wasnt his usual store but we would never have known as he made us feel very comfortable and had a lovely chat

You have a very wide range to chose from, your assistance are very knowledgeable as I am myself having been involved in the manufacturing of beds and mattresses . Assistance were also dresed smartly Which is one thing I look for when shopping.

I was undecided on what sort of mattress I should go for but the product knowledge your member of staff showed was second to none.
