Very pleased with the service we received from start to finish. Very friendly staff who were helpful and efficient.

We were allowed time to browse before being approached by a staff member, who then offered us a hot drink. The member of staff turned out to be the store manager, who obviously knew his stock, which helped enormously. We never felt pressured at all. We were given plenty of time to try various mattresses and were not rushed at all.

Staff were immediately available to help. She gave good clear advice and helped look after our toddler whilst we tried the mattresses

we found the store staff to be very helpful and outlined the needs for the bed we wanted and what would suit our price range

The assistance offered for selection of the product was of the highest standard but the product we wanted to check(super-king with Ottoman) was not available to test ease of opening/closing.

The customer service from Sam at Abingdon was spot on.

Very friendly manager( Tom from Abingdon), no trouble explaining which was the best bed for us and no pressure to purchase. Offered us a nice cup of coffee when he was doing the paperwork and made us feel welcome in the shop
