Dreams - Abingdon

We were buying a replacement mattress for teenage sons bed. Sam served us and was patient and knowledgeable. The shop was clean and sensibly set out , the style of matresses all next to each other and colour coded. We were sensibly left to browse for a while before Sam came to help. I questioned delivery times; there are reports of delayed delivery on furniture. Sam explained that delivery times of around 6 weeks are realistic as matresses are made to order. I have had a text already and am not expecting delivery until 9/2. We had planned to shop around a little but my son was happy with one of the matresses, why waste time! Sam was not pushy but gave us information.

I thought that the sales person was exceptionally good at supporting me, putting me at ease, giving me advice but also not pushing me allowing me time and space to try the beds and make a decision The Sale was very competitive with rival company new year sales I liked the 40 day chance to swap the mattress if not comfortable as it is a big decision to get the right comfort The 8 year guarantee on the mattress was also appealing

First time shopping at a Dreams. Hannah was really friendly and understood what we were looking for. She showed us the selection before giving us time to try them out ourselves without hovering. She was happy and able to answer all our questions, and as the store was able to do a price match on the spot we were happy to place an order straight away.

Hannah was very friendly, helpful and offered us a lovely mug of hot chocolate!

The assistant did not pressurise but was readily available to assist as and when required

Overall from start to finish we had no issues or difficulties with the process of finding and ordering our mattress. Store had enough, friendly staff, and the ability to answer questions clearly and place the order, could not fault.

Every question I asked was quickly and clearly answered. I was not rushed into the purchase, so the whole transaction was hassle free.

We were welcomed to the store by a friendly and very helpful assistant (Hannah) who immediately offered us a drink even before she knew we would purchase anything. She was extremely helpful in assistanting us and our two children, even offering them a chocolate biscuit. She understood our requirements and suggested alternative products to meet our needs. It was a throughly pleasant experience and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Dreams and particularly the Abingdon store to friends and family.
